§ 02 · The workshop

The drawing comes first.

Nirman Industries focuses on dependable sheet metal components and fabrication for industrial applications. The work starts with the customer drawing and moves through laser cutting, bending and forming, pressing, and MIG/ARC welding.

Questions on a drawing are clarified before metal is cut. Which processes a part uses depends on the geometry, the material notes, and the job — not on a fixed sequence.

§ 04 · How we work

From drawing to dispatch, in six steps.

  1. 01

    Requirement & drawing review

The inquiry starts with the drawing and a description of what the component needs to do.

  2. 02

    Component and specification understanding

Profiles, dimensions, geometry, material notes, and specified tolerances are read where they are provided.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing process planning

Laser cutting, bending, pressing, welding, or a combination is considered against the part.

  4. 04

    Cutting, forming, pressing, or welding

The applicable operations are carried out. Not every component uses every process.

  5. 05

    Inspection and verification

Work is checked against the applicable customer requirements where inspection is defined.

  6. 06

    Dispatch coordination

Finished components are coordinated for dispatch. This description does not promise a lead time.

§ 05 · Pictures

Photographs, coming into colour.

Photographs illustrate the type of process or component. They are not verified pictures of the Nirman Industries factory, machines, or customer jobs.

§ 06 · Quality

Checked against the drawing.

Verification follows the requirements written on the job. These points describe the approach. They are not certifications.

  • 01Understanding customer drawings and requirements before manufacturing starts.
  • 02Reviewing dimensions and component geometry.
  • 03Checking specified tolerances and material details where they are provided.
  • 04Identifying bending, forming, and joining requirements.
  • 05Process checks and verification against applicable customer requirements.
  • 06Coordination when a drawing or specification question comes up.

§ 07 · Approach

How the work is approached.

Drawings, dimensions, geometry, and the requirements written on the job stay at the center of the work.

Precision
  • Precision-Oriented Approach

We focus on customer drawings, dimensions, component geometry, and specified requirements.

  • Multiple Manufacturing Processes

Our equipment supports laser cutting, bending, pressing, and welding operations.

  • Experienced Workforce

Our team is prepared to support demanding jobs and manage critical production workloads.

§ 08 · Questions

Before you send a drawing.

All questions

What information should I share for a manufacturing inquiry?

Drawings, dimensions, material details, quantities, specified tolerances, and any required delivery date help the team understand the job. Share what you have. Missing details can be discussed, and the actual feasibility of the job is assessed individually.

Can I submit component drawings for review?

Yes. The inquiry form accepts an optional drawing or reference file, and you can also email nirmanindustries9@gmail.com. Drawings are used to review profiles, dimensions, geometry, and the requirements written on the job.

Which manufacturing processes are available?

The brochure lists laser cutting, sheet metal bending and forming, pressing and stamping, and MIG/ARC welding. These processes can be discussed against a specific component. They are not a guarantee that every geometry is feasible.

§ Request a quote

Have a drawing? Send it across.

Share the drawing, dimensions, material, and quantity. The team reviews the component before discussing a process. A quote turnaround is not promised.
